Wow Edmonds Chapter!  I am so proud of our chapter.  Not only is our own Rick Asher one of the judges for the Young Composer Project this year, we also had 31 compositions out of 63 compositions in this year’s entries.  Teachers represented by our chapter are:  Rose Freeman, Frances Goei, Susan Hurley, Carrie Kahler, Angela Michael, Jeffrey Pettijohn, and Marie Wollam-Mergler.  Results are rolling in and we will be well represented at the WSMTA Conference this year.  The YCP recital will take place on Wednesday, June 28th at 3:30 pm in Winthrop, Wa. We had 24 winners from our Edmonds chapter out of a total 43 winners across the entire state of Washington.
