Karin teaches classical and jazz piano lessons, all levels from beginning through advanced. She charges $60 per hour for lessons in her studio in the North City neighborhood of Shoreline. Lessons may be half-hour ($30), 45 minutes ($45) or one hour in length. Half hour lessons are recommended only for young beginners. Karin teaches technique, interpretation, basic theory and ear training, as well as jazz theory and improvisation for advanced students.

Naoko Noguchi received her piano performance degree from the University of Washington School of Music and has been teaching piano for forty years. As a child, she studied at Juilliard pre-college division in New York. Later, after spending her formative years in Tokyo, she returned to the US and studied with Randolph Hokanson and Bela Siki. She believes every student has strength and finds happiness in working to achieve their musical goals.
