WSMTA is starting a new program this year called the Early-Career Fellowship. 

The aim is to help teachers in the first five years of their teaching career, including a grant and setting them up with a mentor. There are some requirements as part of this fellowship program including, among other things, chapter meeting attendance, state conference attendance, and volunteering options.
