The EMTA board has approved a restructuring plan to make things run more smoothly and share responsibilities more evenly.

Key changes:

• Shifting some duties away from the president to reduce burnout.
• Creating a Membership/Volunteer Coordinator role to streamline volunteers and match members’ skills to EMTA needs.
• Adding Member-at-Large positions for more flexibility.

This new plan will be briefly discussed at the EMTA October General Meeting.
