Festival Dates and Registration Period
Festival Dates: Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 9 am to 5 pm and Sunday, November 2nd, 2025 from 10 am to 2 pm (Please do not request specific days or times). Please keep your weekend open.
Location: Hartley Mansion, 2320 Rucker Ave, Everett, WA 98201

Registration period: September 1st, 2025 to October 1st, 2025

This event is only for the students of the teachers of the Edmonds Music Teachers Association

Registration Fees:
Total length of piece(s) per person:
1-5 min ($35)
6-10 min ($45)
11-15 min ($55)

Prizes:
• All students will receive feedback and mini-lesson by the adjudicator
• All students will receive accomplishment certificates
• Seals of Excellence will be discreetly placed on the certificate for outstanding performances
• Several 1st and 2nd place Certificates will be given for excellent performances (announced to the teachers ONLY at the completion of the festival).
• Several students with exceptional performances will be selected as Best of Festival winners and will be awarded a personalized medal at the 2025 EMTA Award Gala
• Divisions: Solo, duet, chamber and concertos welcome. Please note: Concertos is YouTube link format. Same adjudicator will provide written feedback.

The adjudicator for this festival will be Dr. Oksana Ejokina.
