A Big Thank You to Our EMTA Volunteers – We Couldn’t Do It Without You!
As we’re in the middle of a busy season, I just want to take a moment to send a huge thank you to all our amazing volunteers. Your hard work and dedication make everything possible, and you’re helping hundreds of students grow as musicians.
February and March: A Busy Few Months
The past couple of months have been packed with events, from recitals to competitions. It’s been a whirlwind, and we couldn’t have pulled it off without our volunteers. You’ve made everything run so smoothly, and I truly appreciate it.
Community Recital:
A special shout-out to Jennie Holland for organizing and leading the Valentine’s Day-themed recital. Your creativity made it a fun and memorable event for everyone!
Music Artistry Program:
A big thank you to the following teachers for their dedication to the program which has become one of the biggest in the state:

Honors Recitals:
Thank you to Marie Wollum-Mergler for all your hard work in making the Honors Recitals a success!
State Recital Competition:
The State Recital Competition determines who will play in the State Recital, District Recital, and who will receive Honorable Mentions. This event provides advanced students with the opportunity to showcase their talent. The following teachers make it possible for them to participate and continue their musical growth!
