We are looking for 7-8 volunteers for JRB – your wonderful efforts made everything so much smoother last year! All will get Subway for lunch!

Masterclass Door Monitors (1 for AM and 1 for PM)

Duties:

1)Keep door closed during performance.

2)Show people out and point them to workshop.

3)Let guest artist know about no shows

4)Time keeping if desired by guest artist

Workshop Door Monitors (1 for AM and 1 for PM)

Duties:

1) Help with technical problems (don’t have to be techy, can just swap out headphones or have students share a keyboard if it’s not working. We will test everything that morning so should be fine.

2)Time keeping if desired by guest artist

3) Wipe down headphones and keyboards with wipes between sessions

Registration: (1-2 for AM and 1-2 for PM)

1) Check people in and point them in the right direction

2) Let door monitors know who is missing.

Pick Subway order up and put it out in the lunch room
